Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to support our dynamic team and ensure the efficient handling of daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our client database, coordinating documentation, and supporting agents with property listings and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative duties, including managing client records, property listings, and office documentation.
Support sales agents by organizing property listings, updating marketing materials, and assisting with client communications.
Coordinate with developers and clients for property documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and coordinate team meetings and site visits.
Assist in preparing and maintaining up-to-date client reports and property listings for management.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Skills Description
Qualifications:
Previous 1+ year of experience in real estate administration or office management is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
